Lerner Enterprises is offering rent repayment plans to our retail tenants located within the District that are facing financial hardship due to COVID-19.
Those tenants wishing to apply for the rent repayment plan will need to download and follow the PDF application below. The application and documentation should be sent to DCLernerRent@Lerner.com.
